Research Engineer

We're looking for exceptional engineers to solve complex technical problems across high-performance systems, quantitative research, machine learning, and large-scale infrastructure.
You'll work closely with researchers and engineers to build scalable production systems, optimize performance-critical applications, and develop tools that drive real-world outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Professional experience with C++, Python, Rust, or similar languages
- Experience building production systems, infrastructure, or data platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in performance optimization, distributed systems, machine learning, or quantitative applications
- Low-latency or high-performance computing experience
- Machine learning or data-intensive systems experience
- Quantitative, scientific, or mathematical background
- Experience working on large-scale distributed systems
- Work on systems where improvements are measurable and immediate
- Small, high-calibre teams with real ownership
- Compensation at the top end of the market
