Junior Software Developer

We're hiring a Junior Software Developer — an early-career developer with solid fundamentals and some exposure to our stack — usually around 1–2 years, or equivalent bootcamp, internship, or serious self-taught work — who's hungry to learn, build real things, and grow fast. You'll write real code, push it to production, and do the kind of debugging that actually makes you better, working under our software engineer, who owns our architecture and leads engineering here — they'll review your work, help set your priorities, and support you as you level up.

Our work covers a lot of ground, so if you like variety and pick things up quickly, you'll fit right in. Full-time, on-site in Miami, FL.

We care more about how you think, how you learn, and how you work with people than about a long résumé. You don't need to be perfect — if your fundamentals are solid and you're quick to pick things up, we can teach the rest. If that's you, keep reading.

• Build and ship features in our web apps, with support as you go
• Write clean code, and lean on your lead for review and guidance
• Debug and untangle issues across our many projects
• Help out with deployments and keep our environments healthy
• Work across a few different projects and pick up new tools as you go
• Get hands‑on exposure to how we build and run our AI-powered systems
• Communicate clearly and manage your own time

• Solid fundamentals and some hands‑on exposure to the stack below — usually around 1–2 years of experience, but strong bootcamp, internship, or personal‑project work counts just as much
• A working familiarity with SQL databases and APIs
• Comfortable with Git and Git Hub, and happy to work as part of a team
• You try to test and debug your own work before it ships
• You're at home in an IDE like VS Code
• Some exposure to cloud hosting and deployments (even from a class or side project)
• At ease with AI coding tools like Claude and Copilot
• Clear communication and solid time management
• Able to work on‑site in Miami, FL

$50,000–$60,000 base to start, plus performance milestones tied to real, shipped work. We keep the base competitive and reward what you actually deliver — do great work, and there's more in it for you.
