Full-Stack​/.NET Developer

Position: Full-Stack / .NET Developer
Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of a Full-Stack / .NET Developer for an initial three-month contract. Working onsite, the Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy internal software applications. You will collaborate with project stakeholders (product owners, UX researchers, data team, QA team, project managers, cross team leads and designers) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required skills:

• Expertise in JavaScript (2+ years) with deep understanding of advanced principles of client-side and server-side development experience with a component UI library (Kendo UI strongly preferred)
• High proficiency in React.js (2+ years), with a solid background in building performant UI components with modern hooks and design patterns
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET 8 and ASP.NET MVC
• SQL Server proficiency, including stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions
• Python for scripting and data processing
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs
• Strong command of semantic HTML and modern CSS, including CSS-in-JS with a focus on accessibility, SEO, and responsive design principles
• Proficiency in Next.js, Type Script, and GraphQL

The expected hourly rate range for this role is $42-60 per hour.
