As a Member of Technical Staff, you’ll be one of the first brains that builds what this company becomes. This isn’t about shipping tickets or filling an engineering seat. It’s about caring so deeply about the work that care becomes invisible, absorbed into the product until what’s left just feels right. You’ll architect quietly, decide carefully, and build things that hold up under the weight of people actually using them.

What you’ll do:

• Build product that feels considered, not assembled
• Make decisions at the intersection of function and taste without needing a design review to know something’s off
• Bring real judgment to ambiguous problems and know the difference between done and finished
• Work closely with a small, intentional team where your fingerprints actually stay on things
• Help define how we build, not just what we build
