Job Role:
Cloud performance Engineer
Job Location:
Remote/Onsite (5days/week)
Job Type: Contract
Pay Range: $45 - $50 /hour
Role Description s:
Responsible for optimizing performance and right-sizing capacity across PostgreSQL and Azure database platforms through data-driven analysis and proactive risk mitigation.
- Analyze workloads and recommend Optimal / Descale / Upscale actions
- Tune PostgreSQL and Azure database performance
- Lead post-mortem analysis and continuous improvement efforts
- Build reporting models with clear, actionable insights and statistical thresholds
- Strong PostgreSQL and Azure database experience
- Expertise in performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
- Experience with automation and Capacity management practices (preferred)
- strong hold on the documentation
