Lead Engineer, Cloud Engineer - Software, Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Lead Engineer for a contract position based in Miami, Florida. This is a 6+ month engagement focused on leading platform development and full-stack application design within a cloud-native environment.

• Lead BTP platform development initiatives and guide technical direction
• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using multiple programming languages and frameworks
• Implement integrations with SAP Integration Suite components including Cloud Integration, API Management, and Event Mesh
• Develop full-stack BTP applications using SAP Build Code, CAP, and SAPUI5/Fiori
• Design and execute integration patterns following RESTful APIs, SOAP, message queues, ETL, and API gateway best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Collaborate across teams using Agile development methodologies
• Establish and maintain Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipeline standards

• Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience leading BTP platform development
  • 4+ years of experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
  • 4+ years of experience with SAP Fiori/SAPUI5
  • 4+ years of experience using SAP Build Code for full-stack BTP application development
  • 4+ years of experience implementing integrations with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh)
  • 4+ years of experience with Node.js, Java, or Python
  • 4+ years of experience with SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or ReactJS
  • 2+ years of experience with Identity & Access Management
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using various programming languages and frameworks
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns, technologies, and best practices including RESTful APIs, SOAP, message queues, ETL, and API gateways
