We're looking for coaches who:

* Lead with expertise:
You bring the science and skills to guide members through our heart-rate-based, technology-backed, coach-inspired group workouts.

* Create connections:
From the moment they step into the studio, you make members feel like they're part of something special-an empowered, goal-crushing community.

What you'll do:

* Lead and motivate members through pre-designed, full-body group workouts.

* Help members set goals and celebrate their progress.

* Ensure safe and correct form, offering guidance and corrections as needed.

* Stay sharp on the science behind our workouts and what sets Orange theory apart from the competition.

* Demonstrate proper use of all equipment and maintain an engaging workout environment.

What we're looking for:

* AED/CPR certification (required).

* Current fitness certification from an Orange theory-approved education company (required).

* A team player with a passion for fitness and a genuine desire to change lives.
