• Lead and motivate members through pre-designed, full-body group workouts.
• Help members set goals and celebrate their progress.
• Ensure safe and correct form, offering guidance and corrections as needed.
• Stay sharp on the science behind our workouts and what sets Orange theory apart from the competition.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment and maintain an engaging workout environment.

• AED/CPR certification (required).
• Current fitness certification from an Orange theory-approved education company (required).
• A team player with a passion for fitness and a genuine desire to change lives.
