Reporting organisationally to the Arrivals & Departures Senior manager, the AND TROC (Transport Operations Center) Supervisor will be a key member of the FIFA
26 Operational Services team, and work in close collaboration with the FIFA Transport, and other key individuals responsible for delivering The Arrivals & Departures Transport Operations Center Supervisor oversees the real-time coordination, monitoring, and communication of all airport transport operations during the tournament. This role ensures accurate tracking of arrivals and departures, efficient dispatching of vehicles, meet-and-greet services, and seamless collaboration between airport teams, transport providers, and functional areas to deliver a safe, timely, and high-quality service for all FIFA client groups.

The main responsibilities and oversights of the Arrivals & Departures Transport Operations Center Supervisor for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:

• Oversee real-time coordination and monitoring of all airport transport operations to ensure on-time arrivals and departures for all FIFA client groups.
• Supervise the dispatching and allocation of vehicles, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to service schedules.
• Maintain constant communication with airport teams, drivers, and transport providers to manage passenger flow and respond promptly to operational updates or changes.
• Coordinate meet-and-greet services to ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for all arriving and departing clients.
• Track flight movements, service requests, and vehicle activity using transport management systems and monitoring tools.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues or delays in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of FIFA service standards and DSLAs, ensuring all transport operations meet defined quality and timing expectations.
• Liaise with airport authorities, security services, and functional area leads to maintain safety, compliance, and smooth coordination across operations.
