Warehouse Associate; Forklift Operator

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator) who will be responsible for operating forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials and products within the warehouse.

• Safely operate forklifts to move and transport goods, materials, and products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers using forklift equipment.
• Assist in picking and staging orders for shipment based on order lists and inventory records.
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Report on discrepancies or damaged goods to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, regulations, and protocols while operating forklifts and handling.

• Forklift certification and hands‑on experience (required).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours as needed (required).
• Experience in food distribution, logistics or export environment (preferred).
• Ability to review documents and understand order details.
• Comfortable working in cold warehouse conditions for extended periods.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift to required limits, and perform physical tasks.
