You will be working as a key member of the Air Export division, specializing in AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and time-critical shipments
, for a Top 10 Freight Forwarder in Florida.

This role is ideal for experienced Air Export Specialists, Coordinators, or AOG agents who thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and are looking to advance their careers within international freight forwarding.

As an AOG Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing urgent aircraft parts movements from origin to destination, ensuring minimal aircraft downtime through proactive coordination, rapid decision-making, and 24/7 service mindset.

You will be working for one of Miami’s leading supply chain solution providers, well-established and highly respected within the industry. The company is known for its hands‑on senior management, strong operational support, and a culture that promotes cross‑training, collaboration, and long‑term employee development.

Due to continued growth, the operations team is actively seeking ambitious and driven AOG professionals to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Air Export operations
  , preferably handling AOG, aerospace, or time-critical shipments
• Proven ability to manage urgent, high-value shipments under tight deadlines and pressure
• Proficiency in freight forwarding systems such as Cargo Wise, SAP, or AS400
• Strong understanding of state, federal, and international regulations related to air exports, customs, security, and other relevant government agencies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and internal teams
• A strong work ethic with a high level of ownership, independence, accountability, and autonomy
