Korean-English Bilingual Freight Operations Lead - Import​/Export

We are currently looking for Korean-English Bilingual Freight Operations Lead - Import/ Export
to join an International Freight Forwarding company
in Miami, FL.

• Prepare documents for Air/Ocean shipments operation in a timely manner with appropriate procedures and guidelines
• Communicate with clients and support them with shipment status
• Communicate with shipping companies, truckers and other vendors, and arrange pick-up and delivery
• Make arrangements for ground transportation to deliver to assigned platforms
• Phone, Email and fax correspondence
• Other duties as assigned

• At least 3-5 years of International Freight Forwarding industry
• Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Communication and related field
• Detail oriented and strong in math/numbers
• Business-level in both Korean and English language skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)
• Excellent Communication and Analytical skills
• Must be able to travel out-of-states up to 50%
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite(ERP/WMS software experience is plus)
• Must be flexible and able to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment
