The Rate Card Supervisor will be dedicated to supporting the planning, coordination, and oversight of the Transport Rate Card Program and will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of transport services in accordance with approved rates, procedures, and tournament‑specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Reporting organizationally to the Manager, Transport Client Services – Teams, the Rate Card Supervisor will be a key member of the FIFA World Cup 26™ (FWC
26) Event Transport teams. The role will work in close collaboration with FIFA
26 Transport work streams, including Bus, Fleet, Arrivals & Departures (A&D), and Venue Transportation Operations, as well as the appointed transport Supplier, to support the planning and delivery of transport services requested through the Rate Card Program. This role supports transport operations on both match days and non‑match days across all official sites, including stadiums, team hotels, training sites, airports, and other official FIFA locations.
They will be responsible for ensuring that all Rate Card‑related transport information, documentation, communications, presentations, and electronic (web‑based) tools are accurate, up to date, and delivered in line with defined processes and timelines. The Rate Card Supervisor will work closely with the appointed Supplier to oversee the day‑to‑day implementation of the Transport Rate Card Program, supporting the identification, confirmation, and delivery of transport services requested by eligible client groups.
