- Load and unload items from trucks that arrive or leave the premises.
- Count cargo in order to maintain accurate record.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse.
- Mark stock items using printed labels for easy identification when needed.
- Build pallets by hand & move from one location to another using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Dispose of garbage and clean the area once done.
- Perform duties that impact safety-affecting activities that include but not limited to identifying hazards & inspecting trailer that deliver freight across interstate commerce.
- Communicate information needed for redeliveries to the yard
- Perform other job related duties as may arise from the time
