Nippon Express U.S.A., Inc. ("NEU") was incorporated in New York in 1962 as a fully owned subsidiary of NX. NEU provides logistics solutions and comprehensive transportation services through an international freight forwarding and logistics network, including specialized air, land, sea, and express package handling; all types and sizes of cargo; personal effects and household goods; fragile and perishable freight; and livestock.

NEU also offers warehousing, distribution, customs brokerage, and clearance services, operating 55 locations in 27 U.S. states with approximately 1,300 employees.

• Data entry and processing using the 7512 IT system.
• Organize and manage time effectively.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Provide customer service and respond to emails promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all U.S. Customs regulations required for bonded shipments.
• Operate bonded warehouse functions.

• At least one year of experience in bonded documentation processing.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Professional references and background check required.
