• Coordinate and schedule inbound vendor deliveries and outbound customer orders using our company fleet.
• Manage driver schedules and delivery routes to ensure on‑time performance and meet service level commitments.
• Verify shipping documentation to align with customer requirements and expectations.
• Monitor driver logs and vehicle data to maintain complete DOT compliance.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery inquiries and resolve any service‑related concerns.
• Organize and coordinate pickups from local vendors.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth outbound shipments and internal transfers, adhering to company standards.

• Minimum of 1 year of dispatching experience (industrial supply industry preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to manage logistics while ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills—professional, clear, and courteous in both written and verbal formats.
• Detail‑oriented, especially in fast‑paced and dynamic environments.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company and customer information.
• Comfortable working with internal departments, drivers, vendors, and customers alike.
