Ensure proper handling of AOG shipments from pick up to delivery and information flow between shipper, consignee, customer and DSV network;
Organize Import/Export/Domestic AOG shipments within DSV network, including hazmat and oversize shipments;
Daily data entry into AOG Desk log and record filing for audit and review;
Communicate with local branches, shipper, consignee, airlines, and other parties to ensure on-time delivery;
Monitor and control AOG operations to maintain service levels
