Coordinate and manage end-to-end AOG shipments (import/export/domestic) nationwide and globally;
Ensure compliance with aviation and TSA regulations and cut-off times;
Maintain daily AOG Desk logs and document records; audit paperwork for completeness and accuracy;
Communicate with shippers, consignees, carriers, and network partners to ensure on-time delivery and information flow;
Assist in pricing and scheduling of AOG shipments and coordinate with trucking/integrator partners for pick-up and delivery
