Boeing 737 First Officer; NTR – Miami & Youngstown Bases

🧭 Your mission

• Operate the Boeing 737NG as First Officer in full compliance with FARs, company SOPs, and all safety policies.
• Exhibit strong CRM, clear radio and cockpit communication, and professional customer interaction.
• Partner closely with the Captain, dispatch, and cabin crew to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations.
• Demonstrate the company’s values and culture while adapting to changing conditions in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Uphold meticulous checklist discipline, preflight planning, and threat/error management on every leg.

• Total time: 2,000 hours
• Jet time: 500 hours
• License: ATP — FAA only
• Medical:
  First-Class (Class

• Type rating:
  Not required — training provided (NTR welcome)
• Permit:
  Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Documents:
  Valid driver’s license and a passport permitting worldwide travel
• Residence:
  Live within 2 hours of MIA or YNG
• Work authorization:
  Visa sponsorship not provided

• B-737 type rating
• Recent narrow-body aircraft experience
• Exceptional communication skills and proven teamwork in multi‑crew operations
• Deep, demonstrable knowledge of applicable FARs

• Schedules bid by seniority; includes nights, weekends and holidays
• Extensive travel required
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug testing and alcohol testing
• Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)

• Reliable minimum monthly guarantee of 72 hours
