Warehouse Shipping Lead 2nd shift; Grocery Dept

Position Overview

As a Shipping Lead, you are part of the Shipping team that ensures the shipping functions at your facility run in an efficient manner to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Distribute outbound loads to the Selectors for product selection.
• Ensure that trailers are at the correct doors in a timely fashion.
• Communicate trailer temperature needs and verify as correct.
• Work with Warehouse Management to ensure all dispatch times are met for outbound loads.
• Work with the Shipping Clerks to closely manage all shipping functions.
• Enter and adjust information in the WMS system to ensure accurate information is transmitted to the necessary personnel.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor as needed.
