Coordinate air export shipments directly from the gateway facility, including booking cargo space, arranging pick-ups, and coordinating with carriers and airlines;
Prepare export documentation, such as air waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export licenses;
Facilitate customs clearance procedures for export shipments, including filing export declarations and obtaining necessary permits or certificates;
Liaise with freight carriers, ground handlers, customs brokers, and other service providers to coordinate export operations and resolve operational issues;
Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness
