Dispatcher

We are looking for an energetic Dispatcher to manage Drivers and ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment for Sunbelt Rentals. The role supports customer service and sales goals, oversees DOT compliance, reports, schedules, and performs related administrative tasks.

• Control and monitor Driver activities to guarantee timely equipment pickups and dropoffs.
• Oversee application of DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Coordinate schedules, routing, and deliveries within defined delivery area.
• Prepare and submit reporting for operational performance.
• Support customer service/sales objectives of the business unit.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatcher or related role with construction/industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Strong customer service skills; dispatcher training a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Familiarity with local delivery area.

The position requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors and outdoors as needed.

Base Pay Range: $56,304.00 - $77,418.00.
