Air and Ocean Export Agent

We are seeking a full-time Air and Ocean Export Agent for an on-site role in Miami, FL. The Air and Ocean Export Agent will be responsible for managing the shipment process from start to finish. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and carriers, preparing export documentation, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, tracking shipments, and resolving any logistical issues. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure a seamless export process for clients.

• Experience in air and ocean freight operations, logistics, and international shipping
• Proficiency in preparing export documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
• Knowledge of customs regulations, export controls, and compliance standards
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients, carriers, and team members
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics services is highly desirable
