Coordinate and manage the transportation of AOG shipments (import/export and domestic) nationwide;
Handle documentation and regulatory compliance for AOG shipments;
Communicate with shippers, consignees, airlines, branches, and network to ensure on-time delivery;
Monitor and control AOG operations and information flow via multiple channels (phone, fax, email, web-based systems);
Maintain daily AOG desk log and prepare shipments in accordance with TSA regulations and internal SOPs
