• Work alongside the Maintenance Manager to keep the repair station running at the highest standard
• Keep shop equipment and tools serviceable, calibrated, and ready to go
• Complete accurate maintenance entries on forms and work orders for every job
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop floor
• Perform top-quality maintenance work in full compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations
• Apply the latest technical data and revisions to every aircraft part, component, and tooling task
• Handle, preserve, and store parts correctly throughout the repair process
• Flag discrepancies or airworthiness concerns to the Maintenance Manager right away
• Stay current on and comply with ADs, Service Bulletins, Advisory Circulars, and EOs, signing off on your completed work

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate — required
• Boeing 767 experience preferred
• Boeing 757 experience preferred
• Previous line maintenance experience is a plus
• Eligibility to obtain an airport
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Seal
• A team-first attitude, sharp problem-solving skills, and clear communication

• Hands-on work on Boeing 757/767 aircraft in a busy MIA repair station
