Coordinate and manage the transportation of AOG shipments nationwide (import, export, and domestic) to ensure on-time delivery;
Oversee end-to-end logistics process, including documentation and exceptional customer service;
Monitor and control AOG operations between customers, branches, and network to maintain service levels;
Prepare daily AOG shipments in compliance with TSA regulations and cut-off times;
Book airline capacity, arrange trucking/intermodal options, and price AOG shipments to meet customer requirements
