** CDL Driver,
** you'll safely operate a Rear Load while servicing customers along assigned routes. You'll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Coastal professionally every day.## What You'll Do
* Safely operate a Rear Load on assigned routes.
* Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.
* Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.
* Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
* Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
* Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
* Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.

* Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
* Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
* Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Coastal Waste & Recycling professionally.## ## What You'll Bring
* Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record.
* Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and associated equipment.
* Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
* Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds as needed.
* Ability to safely climb, bend, squat, kneel, and enter/exit equipment throughout the workday.
