Your role involves delivering Chick-fil-A hospitality to guests, ensuring satisfaction even outside the restaurant.

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture at all times
• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles with a sense of urgency
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand during deliveries
• Maintain operational excellence in vehicles and delivery area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, food quality, and courteous service)
• Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific duties
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
• Deliver orders at the requested place and time
• Use navigation apps to plan optimal routes
• Stay up-to-date with weather and road conditions; adjust routes accordingly
• Conduct daily vehicle maintenance checks; report any issues promptly
• Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Chick-fil-A on the road
• Obey all traffic laws and be courteous to others
• Show attention to detail and accuracy
• Follow and adhere to the Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver Agreement
• Other duties as assigned when not delivering

• Must have a working smartphone with data plan and GPS
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid state-issued driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience with a clean record
• Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 5 - 40 lbs)
• Physical ability to bend, twist, reach, crouch or stoop, kneel, stand or sit for extended periods
• Previous delivery or professional driving experience is preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps
• Ability to drive at night
• Strong communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and polite disposition
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
