Freight Forwarder, Air Export

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air
• Schedule with airlines and manage the movement of goods
• Prepare and process documentation for customs clearance
• Track and monitor shipments providing updates to customers
• Manage customer relationships and address concerns
• Collaborate with internal departments for service delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable
• Mathematical Skills
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, such as calculating costs and rates
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations
• Understanding of trade laws and regulations
• Fluency in English is required
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred
