We are hiring Robo Taxi Test Drivers / Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support the testing and operation of next-generation self-driving vehicles in Miami, Florida. This position combines professional driving, vehicle testing, data collection, safety monitoring, and basic technical troubleshooting. Operators play a critical role in helping engineering teams improve autonomous driving systems by collecting real-world driving data and documenting vehicle performance.

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles in real-world traffic conditions
• Drive 4–8 hours per day while maintaining constant situational awareness
• Take vehicle control when necessary to ensure safe operation
• Conduct vehicle inspections and readiness checks
• Perform basic software operation and troubleshooting tasks
• Collect driving data and document vehicle performance
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to engineering teams
• Support vehicle testing, logistics, and fleet operations
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and testing procedures

Day Shift:

• 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Night Shift:

• 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
• 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

• Clean driving record
• Strong defensive driving skills
• Excellent situational awareness
• Ability to remain focused for extended periods
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, MVR review, and driving assessment
• Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM (typing assessment required during the interview process)
