Senior Freight Forwarder, AOG Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transportation of AOG shipments nationwide
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations
• Handle import/export/delivery of aircraft components and hazardous goods
• Oversee the end-to-end logistics process and handle documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Work on a rotational 24/7/365 shift

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
• Professional certifications in freight forwarding preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Experience shipping aircraft components including engines
• Experience managing a team and working with clients preferred
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, INCO terms, and customs procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluency in English required

Demonstrates expertise in managing logistics processes, including the transportation of aircraft components and compliance with international shipping regulations. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service while leading teams and ensuring timely delivery of shipments.
