Our client, a  
** leader in autonomous vehicle technology** , is seeking a  
** Mission Readiness Associate 2
** to join their team. As a  
** Mission Readiness Associate 2** , you will be part of the  
** Mission Readiness Department
** supporting  
** Fleet Operations and Vehicle Readiness Teams** . The ideal candidate will have

** team-oriented mindset** , which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Pay Range:**  $29/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Support daily fleet operations and vehicle readiness across multiple test locations.

+ Perform vehicle cleaning, charging, software bring-up, and mission preparation procedures.

+ Provide logistical support for the movement, storage, and organization of vehicles, equipment, and spare parts.

+ Execute documentation and readiness checks to ensure vehicles meet operational and regulatory requirements.

+ Assist with incident response, vehicle recovery efforts, and general testing support activities.

** What's Needed?*
* + 2-4 years of professional work experience.

+ Valid driver's license with a clean/excellent driving record.

+ Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively in high-pressure environments.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively on a team.

+ Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening, and perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
