Coordinate and manage the transportation of AOG shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance;
Oversee end-to-end AOG logistics including hazmat and oversized/dangerous goods, with the ability to propose multiple carrier/route options;
Prepare and audit documentation for AOG shipments and communicate with shippers, consignees, and network of branches and carriers;
Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and third parties to ensure on-time delivery and proper handling of aircraft components;
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships for key accounts; monitor and optimize AOG operations on a 24/7/365 basis
