Aceolution is seeking tech-savvy Autonomous Vehicle Test Drivers to support real-world testing and operation of Waymo’s cutting-edge self-driving technology. In this role, you will be on the front lines of autonomous transportation—operating test vehicles safely, monitoring system performance, and managing hands‑on technical operations.

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous test vehicles across predefined routes and driving conditions.
• Serve as the primary safety driver, ready to take manual control when required.
• Utilize onboard computers, diagnostic tools, and mobile devices to manage vehicle software updates, downloads, and system checks.
• Log detailed technical feedback, route data, and system anomalies to engineering teams.
• Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting in the field and at the depot.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major infractions).
• Comfort with technology, including operating mobile devices, navigating proprietary vehicle software, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong situational awareness and the ability to maintain focus during long testing sessions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting test results and technical issues.
