We are seeking a reliable and experienced Transportation Driver to join our team at Golden Glades Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As a Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from various destinations, including medical appointments, social events, and other activities. This is an on-call position, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our residents and facility.

• Safely operate a vehicle to transport residents to and from various destinations.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including mileage, routes, and passenger information.
• Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure timely and effective transportation of residents.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Provide assistance to residents with mobility or other special needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical exam and criminal background check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Possess a valid Florida Driver's License.
