Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Administrator to support daily operations in our warehouse facility. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating administrative functions related to inventory, shipping and receiving, documentation, and communication between warehouse staff, drivers, and management. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment, and experienced in fast-paced warehouse operations.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Scan, send and save delivery confirmations.
- Add lot dates from Customer specific Pos, such as Crystal on pick tickets.
- Swap pick tickets with any order changes
- Fill pick tickets dates on customer specific Pos
- Ensure that orders shipped match pick tickets
- Review pick tickets and add cases and shorts on delivery sheet
- Scan bills of lading and PO Breakdowns
- Sign drivers in and out, assign doors and keep log with contact information & Door assignment. (Copies of Driver’s license, bills of lading, etc.)
- Make copies for ODERFLIW of needed paperwork for deliveries
- Take pictures of equipment and containers, orders, loadings and organize them on share drive
- Review orders to ensure physical matches papers
- Check warehouse email for appointments and follow up on timely delivery of our POs
- Make customer delivery appointments & reschedule as needed based on SO & PO availability
- Print PO breakdowns for receiving
- Receive POs in system, notifying shorts, overages & shelf-life issues
- Create Temp Recorder weekly report, download temp recorders are resend them to vendors
- Assist in lot changes
- Print labels for Production as needed
- Experience in warehouse administration, logistics, inventory control, or a similar role, preferably in cold storage or temperature-controlled environment (preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to maintain accurate records, reports and compliance documentation in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization, time-management, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a cold environment (required)
