Warehouse Associate – Workroom, Miami – Full Time

Schedule:

Full‑time. Pay: $15.00 – $22.08/hour, based on job, location, and schedule.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support the seamless, customer‑focused operations behind the scenes by receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping merchandise with attention to detail and safety.

• Receiving and Unloading: Load and unload cartons and merchandise from delivery trucks and conveyor systems.
• Sorting and Organizing: Lift, carry, push, and pull packages on a continuous and repetitive basis.
• Processing: Complete all receiving and shipping activities in accordance with productivity standards.
• Technology: Input data accurately and efficiently using PCs, handheld computers, or radio frequency equipment.
• Safety: Perform all job functions safely and report accidents or hazards to the safety committee.
• Equipment: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.

• Flexible team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can work multiple shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No education or experience required.
• Flexible availability with reliable attendance.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals.
• Self‑starter able to adapt quickly to changing expectations.
• Proficient in using computers and handheld technology.
• Must be able to:
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English.

• Up to 12 hours of standing/walking around the facility.
• Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.
• Reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Lifting up to 50–75 lbs.
• Vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Ability to hear and see safety alarms and industrial truck warning devices.

Random drug testing is conducted monthly or semi‑monthly. Colleagues must complete testing within 24 hours of notification.
