Warehouse Associate – Workroom, Miami – Full Time
Location:
Miami, FL, United States.
Schedule:
Full‑time. Pay: $15.00 – $22.08/hour, based on job, location, and schedule.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support the seamless, customer‑focused operations behind the scenes by receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping merchandise with attention to detail and safety.
What You Will Do- Receiving and Unloading: Load and unload cartons and merchandise from delivery trucks and conveyor systems.
- Sorting and Organizing: Lift, carry, push, and pull packages on a continuous and repetitive basis.
- Processing: Complete all receiving and shipping activities in accordance with productivity standards.
- Technology: Input data accurately and efficiently using PCs, handheld computers, or radio frequency equipment.
- Safety: Perform all job functions safely and report accidents or hazards to the safety committee.
- Equipment: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.

Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with teammates, customers, and People Leaders; understand and communicate effectively; read employment policies in English. - Shift Preparedness: Arrive with name badge, follow dress code, attend start‑ups, ensure work area ready, and stay informed on daily goals.
- Customer Prioritization: Work quickly and accurately, handling merchandise with care and packing customer packages thoughtfully.
- Hospitality: Greet coworkers, build trust, offer help, and create a welcoming environment.
- Finish Strong: Tidy workstation, return equipment, replenish supplies, and recognize coworkers at shift end.
- Community: Foster acceptance and respect, strengthening relationships within the workplace.
- Flexible team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can work multiple shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- No education or experience required.
- Flexible availability with reliable attendance.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals.
- Self‑starter able to adapt quickly to changing expectations.
- Proficient in using computers and handheld technology.
- Must be able to:
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English.
Physical Requirements
- Up to 12 hours of standing/walking around the facility.
- Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.
- Reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
- Lifting up to 50–75 lbs.
- Vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Ability to hear and see safety alarms and industrial truck warning devices.
Random drug testing is conducted monthly or semi‑monthly. Colleagues must complete testing within 24 hours of notification.
