Warehouse Associate​/Finished Goods

Employment Solutions is looking for a Warehouse Associate to work for a well-established tobacco manufacturing and distribution company. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, and experienced in warehouse operations, including operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a regulated environment.

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving finished goods from production, storing products, assembling customer orders, and preparing shipments for distribution. This role supports daily warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with ISO, FDA, GMP, OSHA, and EPA regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

• Receive finished goods from manufacturing and place products in designated storage locations
• Assemble and prepare customer orders according to shipping documents
• Load and unload trucks as directed
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Move finished goods safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Operate stamping and wrapping machines and report daily output
• Perform daily counts of stamped and non-stamped finished goods
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervision
• Keep warehouse areas, equipment, and tools clean and organized
• Report equipment malfunctions, missing items, or process irregularities
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and follow all safety procedures
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

• Prior warehouse experience required
• Sit-down and stand-up forklift experience required
• Ability to safely load, unload, and move finished goods
• Ability to read and follow picking sheets, orders, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment (ISO, GMP, FDA, OSHA)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

$17.50 per hour
