A transportation and automation systems organization is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory operations, spare parts management, and shipping/receiving activities for a large-scale operational facility.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory systems
- Coordinate receiving, tracking, allocation, and replacement ordering of parts, tools, and materials
- Support shipping, deliveries, repair returns, and warranty tracking
- Issue parts to maintenance work orders and maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels and generate inventory reports
- Assist with purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Support warehouse organization and maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and operations teams to support daily activities
- Prior inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment
$24.00 per hour
