A transportation and automation systems organization is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory operations, spare parts management, and shipping/receiving activities for a large-scale operational facility.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory systems
• Coordinate receiving, tracking, allocation, and replacement ordering of parts, tools, and materials
• Support shipping, deliveries, repair returns, and warranty tracking
• Issue parts to maintenance work orders and maintain inventory accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and generate inventory reports
• Assist with purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Support warehouse organization and maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and operations teams to support daily activities

• Prior inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office and inventory systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment

$24.00 per hour
