Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary Range: $17

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of a fast-paced logistics environment. Your main responsibilities include accurately processing and fulfilling customer orders, maintaining a well-organized and clean warehouse space, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient order workflows. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders using internal systems and tools.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Identify and verify product part numbers and place items in designated storage locations.
• Utilize scanners, barcodes, and tracking systems to manage inventory and shipments.
• Prepare packages for billing and shipping according to documentation.
• Assist in inventory counts and maintain shipping/receiving supply levels.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as required to support operational goals.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
• Basic computer proficiency with experience using hand scanners and order systems.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred (0-2 years).
• Strong understanding of order flow and shipment processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to fluently read, write, and speak Spanish;
  English proficiency preferred but not required.

• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
• Steel-toe shoes required (not provided).
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with physical labor.
