Position: Warehouse Associate - Returns, Miami - Full Time

Job Overview

As a Warehouse Colleague, you will help create a seamless, customer‑focused experience behind the scenes. Whether you are receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, or shipping, your attention to detail and commitment to safety ensure every item is handled with care and purpose. You will keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly while fostering a positive atmosphere for teammates.

Full‑time colleagues typically work 30 or more hours per week; part‑time colleagues typically work 12–24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts. Hours are set to meet business needs and colleague availability. Hour requirements for benefit eligibility are available at

What You Will Do
  • Receiving and Unloading – Load and unload cartons and merchandise from delivery trucks and conveyor systems.
  • Sorting and Organizing – Lift, carry, push, and pull packages on a continuous and repetitive basis.
  • Processing – Complete all receiving and shipping activities in accordance with productivity standards.
  • Technology – Input data accurately using PCs, handheld computers, radio‑frequency equipment, or similar devices.
  • Safety – Perform job functions safely and promptly report accidents or hazards to the safety committee.
  • Equipment – Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as required.
  • Team Collaboration – Work collaboratively with teammates, customers, co‑workers, and leaders; understand and communicate employment policies and safety rules in English.
  • Shift Preparation – Wear your name badge, follow dress code, attend start‑ups, set up your work area, and stay informed on daily goals.
  • Customer Focus – Handle merchandise with care, pack thoughtfully, and maintain speed and accuracy.
  • Hospitality – Greet coworkers warmly, build trust, and support new teammates.
  • Shift Close – Tidy your workstation, return equipment, replenish supplies, and recognize coworkers.
  • Community – Foster acceptance, respect, and authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
Who You Are
  • Flexible team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can handle multiple tasks and shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • No education or experience required.
  • Flexible availability with regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Able to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals.
  • Self‑starter who adapts quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology.
  • Must be able to:
    • Understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
    • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.

Physical Requirements
  • Up to 12 hours of standing/walking around the facility or department (excluding breaks).
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.
  • Reaching, above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
  • Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50–75 lbs.
  • Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Ability to hear and see safety/emergency alarms and Power Industrial Truck (PIT) warning devices on the warehouse floor.
