Adecco is recruiting for a local client in the Miami Gardens area for 6 Material Handlers to unload trucks using the pallet jack. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and capable of performing physical tasks efficiently, which require lifting up to 50 lbs. We have 3 shifts available, 2 full‑time and 1 part‑time shift.

These are all Temp to Hire opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload incoming trucks using pallet jacks
  • Move boxes and pallets to designated locations on the warehouse floor
  • Open boxes and remove units and collateral
  • Scan products into the system accurately
  • Support multiple warehouse functions, including Shipping & Receiving, Packout, Kitting, Deboxing, Inventory control, and Quality Control (QC)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or material‑handling experience required
  • Ability to work in a high‑speed, high‑volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer or scanning device experience is a plus
  • Able to clear a drug test and criminal background check
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Available Shifts
  • 2 openings – 1st shift – 7 am to 3:30 pm – Pay rate $14.55 (increase of $1 when perm)
  • 2 openings – 2nd shift – 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm – Pay rate $15.55 (increase of $1 when perm)
  • 2 openings – Weekend Shift – 11:00 am to 9:30 pm (Sat – Sun) or full‑time (Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue) – Pay rate $14.55 (increase of $1 when perm)
Pay Details

Pay rate will increase by $1.00 more at the time of permanent hire and then increase every quarter.
