About the Job
Entry Level Warehouse Associate – Inventory Full Time.
- Tamarac, Florida (Warehouse).
- 1st shift:
Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30 PM. - 2nd shift:
Monday
- Friday, 3:00pm-11:30 PM.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in following structured processes, maintaining strong attendance, and working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking ForWe are specifically looking for individuals who:
- Follow processes consistently and understand the importance of accuracy.
- Have strong attendance and show up on time, every day.
- Work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Take ownership of their responsibilities and follow through on tasks.
- Are comfortable in a structured, fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory within the warehouse.
- Count, track, and replenish stock following established procedures.
- Properly label and store products to ensure accurate inventory control.
- Assist with routine inventory audits.
- Identify and report discrepancies, following internal processes to resolve them.
- Support continuous improvement of inventory workflows.
- Safely operate order-picking equipment,
including cherry pickers
. - Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures at all times.
- Required:
Experience operating cherry pickers or similar order-picking equipment. - 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets/Docs).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- English proficiency required to ensure safety, accuracy, and team communication.
