Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and according to training.
• Verify product quality, quantities, and accuracy against order documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Assist in cycle counts, inventory audits, and restocking as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
• Regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures (as applicable to the facility).

Basic Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of the Shopify backend for order pulling.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to converse in basic Spanish.
