Job Description

We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Inventory Manager in Opa Locka, FL for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

  • Pay Type:

    Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
  • Annual Salary Pay: $101,302
  • Schedule:

    This new operation requires a high degree of schedule flexibility; employees must be available for additional hours, days, and varying schedules as necessary to meet business demands.

Responsibilities include leading all inventory control functions within a large‑scale distribution operation, ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance, and effective execution. The role oversees cycle count programs, inventory audits, discrepancy investigations, performance metrics, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Functions
  • Track day‑to‑day facility inventory costs and support KPI goals (GMP, safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, maintenance).
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly KPI reports.
  • Develop and maintain inventory control systems for current and future needs.
  • Manage facility cycle count program and inventory recoup/repack/return/recycle program.
  • Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates on inventory issues; support I/O Coordinators and receiving/shipping personnel.
  • Facilitate and execute the hold process for local site.
  • Develop employees and conduct periodic performance evaluations of direct reports.
  • Ensure daily communications and shift meetings provide necessary information for employees.

  • Exposure to Lean principles, systems and tools (beginner preferred).
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (intermediate preferred).
  • Knowledge of OSHA (intermediate required).
  • DOT and Hazmat knowledge may be required (intermediate preferred).
  • APICS certified (intermediate preferred).
Qualifications
  • H.S. diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (logistics, supply chain, or related field).
  • Three (3) years or more manufacturing/production/distribution inventory experience required.
  • Two (2) years or more supervisory experience required.
  • Three (3) years or more PC inventory and accounting skills required.
  • Three (3) years or more problem‑solving skills; use of formal Root Cause Countermeasure Systems preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Exposure to Lean principles, systems, and tools (beginner preferred).
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (intermediate preferred).
  • Knowledge of OSHA (intermediate required).
  • DOT and Hazmat knowledge may be required (intermediate preferred).
  • APICS certified (intermediate preferred).

Compensation
  • Salary: $101,302 per year, paid twice per month.
  • Potential annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and type.
