About the Role:Join Aviotrade Inc as an Operations Associate Warehouse in Doral, FL, where you will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in logistics and operations.
Responsibilities:- Create shipping labels and Air Waybills (AWB) using Fed Ex, DHL, and UPS platforms.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and other related documents.
- Pack cartons and prepare pallets for domestic and international shipments.
- Inspect materials prior to shipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- Utilize computer systems, email, scanners, printers, and photocopiers.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
- Operate forklifts when required
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Support the preparation of SLI, COA, COC, DG, and IMO documentation (training provided).
- Follow company safety procedures for handling materials and chemical products
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or related operations.
- Basic computer and email skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with export documentation, forklifts, or dangerous goods shipments is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and participate in company-provided training programs.
