The Warehouse Specialist ensures smooth operations and efficient completion of projects, in the daily activities in the department. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment where your hard work makes a real impact every day.

Ensures that the necessary equipment is available and in working order to complete assignments.

Provides support to the Warehouse Supervisors with the daily warehouse workflow.

Assists with conducting daily safety checks on equipment, including the forklift.

Assist with the inspections for the quality and quantity of supplies and equipment delivered to the department.

Maintains detailed and accurate warehouse work records.

Collaborates with the team to identify ways to improve departmental effectiveness and implements viable ideas.

Orders new equipment as requested by management.

Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High level of organization, with attention to details.

Knowledge of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in the warehouse.

Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures and regulations.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

REQUIRED:

At least 1-2 years of related warehouse work experience.

REQUIRED:

Chinese and English proficiency.

REQUIRED:

ERP inventory and FTZ system experience.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required;
Associate’s degree preferred.

Salary based on Warehouse experience and knowledge.
