The Materials and Fulfillment Coordinator will function under the guidance of the Operations Manager and in accordance with established standard operating procedures. They will be responsible for supporting material receipt, inventory management, and order fulfillment at the cGMP manufacturing facility.

Essential Functions- Perform material receipt intake for all critical materials according to established Organa Bio procedures.
- Execute the pack‑out of temperature‑sensitive materials/products and facilitate pickup by approved transport vendors.
- Monitor material supply areas within the laboratory and facilities departments.
- Alert management when material inventory levels fall below established minimums or usage merits new orders.
- Assist in the induction of new materials and work cross‑functionally to support vendor onboarding.
- Update product inventory databases and order fulfillment logs contemporaneously and accurately.
- Utilize enterprise systems (ERP) for tracking materials and products.
- Perform occasional transfer of products and materials to specified destinations, completing all chain‑of‑custody documentation.
- Complete appropriate training programs related to material transport and staff safety.
- Professionally engage with staff and vendors to ensure the workplace is safe and efficient.
- Perform other duties as defined within the scope of the position.

Education: A high‑school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: Experience in materials management in a GMP/GLP environment is desired. Experience with shipment of medical/clinical materials is highly encouraged.
Computer
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Experience with Data Ninja, Oracle Net Suite, or similar ERP software is highly recommended.

Other Requirements: Bi‑lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
