Position Purpose
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities- Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
- Pull and prepare customer orders for pick‑up or delivery.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.

Branch/Warehouse Manager. Direct Reports:
None.
Minimal to none; role is primarily based in the branch or warehouse.
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift and handle freight or materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday.
- Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks; involves active physical work.
- Warehouse environment with noise, hot or cold temperatures.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and handle freight or materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English; bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations.
- Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.
- Forklift experience or certification; training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training.
- High school diploma or equivalent; preferred education: none specified.
- At least one year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification preferred; training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training.
