The Inbound Team Lead is responsible for managing inbound logistics, overseeing and managing safety standards, and ensuring the timely processing of goods.

• Supervise and coordinate daily inbound activities, including receiving, unloading, inspection, and put-away of merchandise.
• Complete investigations of Inbound items.
• Support customer satisfaction by prioritizing work appropriately. Ability to work with the Sales and Marketing team when needed.
• Ensure accuracy of received goods against shipping documents.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse associates, fostering a safe and respectful work environment.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement workflow improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal health and safety policies.
• Communicate with logistics providers and internal departments to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, including team leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using the RF Smart scanner for item management or similar scanning tools.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) like Net Suite is an asset.
• Ability to lift loads up to 25 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks.

• Schedule may include early morning, evening, or weekend shifts.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
